The Elliot was built with “I do” in mind. Our spaces were thoughtfully designed to host ceremonies, cocktail hours and receptions in one venue, offering you and your guests a seamless experience from the first kiss to the last dance.

The Ballroom

The quartz-top bar, open floor plan, and neutral hues allow for creative arrangements of seating, dance floors, and décor, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

The Rosehip Room

Hidden on the lower level of The Elliot is The Rosehip Room, an unexpected speakeasy thoughtfully designed for cocktail hours and after-parties.

Hours

  • Clients and vendors have access to the venue at 8 AM for setup and getting ready.

  • Events ending in The Ballroom must end by 11 PM.

  • Events ending in The Rosehip Room must end by 12 PM.

  • Clients and vendors will have one hour following the event for packaging and teardown.

Included with your reservation, your wedding party is welcome to use The Elliot’s Ballroom Balcony and The Rosehip Room for getting ready, taking photos, and enjoying brunch.

Our Balcony features two bell-tower dressing rooms with original stained glass, soft seating & standing mirrors. Take advantage of the natural light & stunning backdrops as you toast to your big day.

The Elliot is located across the street from Tremont’s beloved Lincoln Park. With 8 acres of lush trees, blooming hydrangeas & a charming gazebo, Lincoln Park offers the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony.

Dependent on availability, you can choose to host your ceremony at Lincoln Park and we will arrange the permit for you!

A cash bar can also be added to the Taphouse Package.

The Fine Print

$3,500 bar minimum required.
8% sales tax and 20% administration fee not included.
Final guest count due 14 days prior.
Per ABC laws, all alcoholic beverages must be provided by The Elliot. All outside alcoholic beverages will be confiscated and the client will be subject to a $500 fine.

Bar Service

Our in-house bartending team is made up of professionals with years of experience serving at weddings, private events, restaurants, and bars, Their commitment to customer service and their craft ensures you and your guests have a great time.

Service covers your cocktail hour, dinner & dancing. Last call is 30 minutes prior to the event’s end.

Bartenders | $200 each

  • Taphouse & Non-Alcoholic packages: 1 per 75 guests required

  • Civilization, Prosperity & Cash Bar: 1 per 50 guests required

Full-Service Catering

The Elliot is equipped with a preparation kitchen for the use of one of our four exclusive caterers. We have thoughtfully curated this list of partners to provide the quality and expertise of local chefs and experienced event professionals, giving you one less thing to worry about.

What does the caterer provide?

The caterer you choose from our list will be responsible for all of the setup, teardown & trash removal for your event. They will also provide staffing, linens, flatware, glassware, china & any other rentals you may need.

You are required to use one of our caterers for your wedding and are welcome to provide your own cakes, desserts & late-night snacks.

After-Parties

Want to keep celebrating without relocating to a second location? Host an after-party for your family and friends in The Rosehip Room.
